Just T19 if you are private individual. You still need to comply with U5 but don't need to register it.

are you guys telling me i didnt need to pay the 150 , as i was told i had to for a waste carriers license, even though i dont collect anymore as my collection cancelled after i gave them my code

Affraid so. The T19 covers you both for transport of wvo and for production of bio as private individual.
