GL Processor - So far!
Me and my Dad have finally finished making the biodiesel reactor (for now!) thanks to the excellent help of this forum and the extremely well made and
documented design from graham, we would not have even attempted this without!
As you may noticed, the pictures were taken at different times so some have more progress in than others.
All i need to get now is methanol and we can test it out!
Honest opinions welcome!

Nah we built it a few years ago now, its more of an extension then a shed (sort of a roof slopeing from the house to the wall.)
Theres more space to the left of it for another settling tank.

Very nice processor!
But I would rethink the bend in the pipe under the pump!
How are you going to drain all that settled glycerol before it sets?

What do you mean where is bends down to the pump?
I assume the bend needs to go higher otherwise the glycerol will get stuck in the pipe before the pump? I didn't think of that
I will have too have a rethink!

Yes, most unpleasant job unblocking pipes. I've been there with soap!
