Measuring Bottles.

Like a lot of others on here I add various things to my brew, in aid of better performance, starting etc.
I often buy these in 5 litre containers. The problems come when I start to measure out seperate doses. I'm lucky in that I have access to medical syringes and can use those. But I also have some of those bottles that you squeeze to move stuff up to a small section at the top that you can pour from.
How do the manufacturers fill these? And is there a way I can refill them to dose my chemicals into my car?

In industry the stuff is weighed at a set temperature to ensure its spot on, as its as bad to overfill as underfill....bit like a paint shop weighs the different colours to get the right shade.
