Apart from negligence with respect to health and safety being a criminal offence, it is not morally or even perhaps legally acceptable to promote negligent and therefore illegal machinery. The manufacturers and distributers of such machinery are liable to imprisonment if someone has an accident and the more of such machinery that is produced, the more likely that accidents will happen. The owner of this forum does not want to be part of the chain of events leading to such an accident and, in addition, feels that it is spoiling the chances of genuine equipment suppliers to help promote illegal machines.

  Small scale biodiesel processors are especially difficult to design within the legal boundaries and people wanting to promote these products must prove that they comply to the regulations before they promote them on these pages, either actively or by implied means. As an open discussion forum, please feel free to talk about the safety features of your or anybody else’s products or proposed products, but not in wording that tries to promote the product or offer it for sale until it has been approved. Approval will, in the short term, be my responsibility until such time as an authority such as the BBSA can take over this responsibility in an impartial manner.
